SHIPPING POLICY

At OFRI, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping timelines, charges, delivery process, and handling guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight of the product

  • Courier partner pricing

During offers or promotions, discounted or free shipping may apply.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 days

  • Remote Areas: 6–12 days

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier workload, or unforeseen events.

4. Tracking Information

Once the order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner

5. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders get priority processing

  • Payment goes to our payment gateway and not to the courier company

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If available:

  • COD charges may apply

  • Courier may call before delivery

Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to account restrictions.

7. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Phone unavailable

  • Customer refusal

  • Courier unable to contact

The order may return to us. Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deductions of:

  • Forward shipping cost

  • Return shipping cost

  • COD fees (if any)

All our products are non-returnable by default. However, in exceptional cases, return requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide a product unboxing video and clear images for quality verification. The return will only be processed after approval from our quality check team.

If the return request is approved, the customer will be responsible for paying the courier/return shipping charges.

Products returned without prior approval or without proper verification evidence will not be accepted.

8. Packaging and Safety

We ensure:

  • Tamper-proof packaging

  • High-quality materials

  • Protective layers for damage prevention
